internship project management DE (Aachen)

As an project manager you will work in our team and you will support the operational department in our company. This concludes all the activities which are needed to finish the projects. Intake with the head office of the organization (what are the needs of improvement?)
Perform mystery visits and collect the observation data for our clients
You analyze the places where there is a shortage of mystery shoppers and you create a marketing plan to attract more mystery shoppers
You check the progress of the projects (is the shopper really going to the right shop on the agreed date?).
You guard the deadline for the completion of the results. In some cases you are also asked to do mystery visits.
During our communication days you will think of ways to improve different processes (think of methods to find new mystery shoppers, telephone policy, set up procedures to train new shoppers etc.)
You will get an internship fee of 250 euro per month, a laptop and a skype account.

We're asking:
You are a student Small Business, Marketing, Economics, International Institute for Hospitality Management or other relevant bachelor educations.
You can speak and write fluent German
You can work independent and flexible regarding office hours and work location
A pro-active attitude is also required, together with communication skills
A driver license is an advantage

Stage junior Voorlichter/Coach :
Dutch speaking talent for office Valkenswaard (The Netherlands) or Antwerp (Belgium)

Als junior Voorlichter /Coach zul je volledig meedraaien binnen de afdeling Training en Coaching en direct samenwerken met de manager Training en Coaching. Je zult je tijdens je stage bezighouden met de volgende activiteiten:

Het observeren van de service van de medewerkers bij onze klanten (denk aan grote winkelketens, Horeca, banken etc.)
Het voeren van feedbackgesprekken in een positieve sfeer (wat deed de medewerkster goed en welke tips wil je meegeven) eerst onder begeleiding later zelfstandig.
Het uitwerken van verslagen van de feedbackgesprekken, zodat de medewerker en de organisatie een document hebben wat ze nog eens terug kunnen lezen.
Het inplannen van mysteryvisits met coaching en het plannen van overige afspraken.
Het maken en geven van een voorlichting voor mysteryshoppers.
Stagiaires begeleiden en voorlichten (denk aan een welkomstpresentatie, uitleg over de telefoon etc.)
Het bijwonen van gesprekken (Sollicitatiegesprekken, evaluatiegesprekken etc.)
Assisiteren bij het maken van goodiebags.
Het monitoren en contact onderhouden met feedbackshoppers (Wanneer worden de bezoeken uitgevoerd, wat waren de ervaringen van het bezoek etc.).
Quality- checken ( Het nalezen van zowel feedback als mysteryshop- rapporten en feedback geven op zowel spelling en grammatica als op inhoud en tegenstrijdigheden).
Een stagevergoeding van €200,- op basis van een 4 daagse stageweek en een vergoeding van €250,- op basis van een 5 daagse stageweek

We're asking:
Je volgt de opleiding Toegepaste Psychologie, Opleidingskunde, pedagogiek of Hogere Hotelschool en hebt affiniteit met de ontwikkeling van mensen.
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Frans en Duits is een pré
Je bent zelfstandig en flexibel qua werktijden en locatie.
Daarnaast ben je communicatief vaardig en heb je een pro-actieve houding.

Periode: vanaf spetember 2013 voor een periode van minimaal 5 maanden. Het is ook mogelijk om in januari/februari 2014 te starten. Interesse om de service bij grote bedrijven in kaart te brengen?
